Post Details
1. Executive Assistants
These
positions involve administrative, data handling, and coordination work.
Selected candidates will support senior officers across various business and
operational units such as Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations.
2.
R&D Professionals
These
roles are meant for HPCL’s R&D centre and innovation departments.
Professionals will work in fuel research, sustainable energy, green hydrogen,
and petrochemical innovation projects.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:

Executive
Assistants:
o Bachelor's
degree in any stream with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
o Knowledge
of MS Office and good communication skills required

R&D
Professionals:
o Master's
or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related
fields
o Industrial/research
experience is preferred for experienced applicants
